Stuff you're probably wondering
Where is my stuff kept?
In a secured warehouse on the edge of the city, on raised racks with CCTV, fire safety and dehumidifiers. We don't do walk-in visits; everything comes to your door.
How fast can I get something back?
Book by 8 PM and we deliver next day in your chosen slot. You can also pick any date up to 30 days ahead.
Can I get just one item, not the whole box?
Yes. Every item is photographed at intake, so you can tick one jacket and we'll send just that.
What if something gets damaged?
Each box has ₹5,000 of cover included. We photograph boxes at pickup and delivery so any claim is simple.
Why a 3-month minimum?
Pickup, photos and storage setup cost us the most in the first month. The minimum keeps the monthly price low for everyone.
How do I pay?
After pickup we send a UPI link on WhatsApp for the first month. Monthly after that; prepay 6 months and get one month free.
Can I store a cycle, suitcase or mattress?
Yes. Add it in the notes when you book and we'll quote you on WhatsApp.
